Diego is 6 years old he is in Kindergarten this year. He loves school. His best Friend is Josh. He likes to ride his bike and his scooter and play the computer & Wii. He also really loves to go camping with the family, listening to music and dancing to music. He also likes to play with legos and puzzles.
He also has poor speech, though not as bad as Alex's. His hearing scores are at 15dB, which are slightly better than Levi. (When Alex was Diego's age his scores were 20dB). I think that his speech and hearing are related disabilities. He does not qualify for hearing aids right now, but the Audiologist we are using for Alex told us that ASHA is working on changing the guidelines to include children with his level of impairment. When the new guidlines come out, I will be the first to find them!
